How do I run a Call Center Average Call Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select CALL CENTER REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select CALL CENTER AVERAGE CALL REPORT.



  5. When the Call Center Average Call Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the Call Center Average Call Report.
