QUESTION

How do I run a Short Duration Calls Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select DETAIL REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select SHORT DURATION CALLS < 1 MIN REPORT.



  5. When the Short Duration Calls Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the Short Duration Calls Report.
