QUESTION

How do I run an In-House Calls Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select DETAIL REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select IN-HOUSE [IHC] CALLS REPORT.



  5. When the In-House Calls Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the In-House Calls Report.
