How do I run a Type of Call Traffic Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select TYPE OF CALL TRAFFIC REPORT.



  5. When the Type of Call Traffic Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the Type of Call Traffic Report.
