QUESTION

How do I run an Agent Over/Under Quota Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select CALL CENTER REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select AGENT OVER/UNDER QUOTA REPORT.



  5. When the Agent Over/Under Quota Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the Agent Over/Under Quota Report.
