How do I run a Calls Not Answered Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select CALL CENTER REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select CALLS NOT ANSWERED REPORT.



  5. When the Calls Not Answered Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the Calls Not Answered Report.
