QUESTION

How do I run an Incoming/Outgoing Summary Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select SUMMARY REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select INCOMING/OUTGOING SUMMARY REPORT.



  5. When the Incoming/Outgoing Summary Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the Incoming/Outgoing Summary Report.
