How do I run an After Hour Toll Calls Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select DETAIL REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select AFTER HOUR TOLL CALLS REPORT.



  5. When the After Hour Toll Calls Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the After Hour Toll Calls Report.
