How do I run a Trunk Group Traffic Report?

ANSWER

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.
  4. Select TRUNK GROUP TRAFFIC REPORT.



  5. When the Trunk Group Traffic Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
  6. You will now see the Trunk Group Traffic Report.
