FAQ-1165 WIZARDS - Zero Out All Call Costs

This wizard makes all of the call costs (price) zero so that no charges show up in your Call Accounting Reports. This wizard only changes historical calls you have on file. If you still have costing set up on your Call Accounting any new calls will show a cost on them.

To run this Wizard:  

  1. Start Comm One Call Accounting
  2. Select TOOLS from the Top Menu Bar
  3. Select CALL ACCOUNTING WIZARDS
  4. Scroll and select ZERO OUT ALL CALL COSTS



All calls you have processed will now show zero for the call charge.
