CURRENT CALL FILE FIELD DEFINITIONS
Using the Comm One System, there is a current period that is the default call file that is opened when you start Call Accounting. It is also the file that new calls you process are added into. Below is a list of the fields in the file and what they are used for.
These are the main fields used in the system. Additional Fields are available that are used for billing and other integration purposes. Please contact Comm One Technical Support if you need additional information on these fields.
