FAQ-1070 How Do I Move The Call Accounting To Another Computer?

ANSWER:

Comm One Call Accounting LITE, JR, and PRO versions do not need to be reinstalled to move them to another computer. To move our system to a new machine, simply copy the Comm One directory (c:\ca20XX) to the new machine and the software will run from there. You will need to rebuild your desktop shortcuts, and update your scheduled tasks as needed.

If you are using the Advanced Capture Utilities, they will need to be reinstalled and configured on the new machine.
 

*(Where xx = the version. Example: ca2017 for the 2017 version)
